Vulpecula Games
Vulpecula Games is one person in Australia. It's named after the constellation: the little fox, sitting between the Swan and the Eagle in a quiet bit of the northern sky.
The games have no art files and no audio files in them. Everything you see is drawn by code while you play and every sound is made on the spot. That started as a constraint and turned into the way I like working, and it's why the games load instantly, install like an app and play offline.
I do the ideation, the design and the play-testing, and I'm the judge of whether it's good enough. The AI writes the code and does the implementation. The making-of page spells out who did what.
The logo
Drawn by MMXXVI
The studio's logo is a fox-bat: a little fox, for the constellation, with bat wings folded around it. The idea came from Unity (the most least weasel ever), who thought Vulpecula sounded like Dracula, and it's the fox constellation, so they came up with a fox-bat instead of a fruit-bat.
It was drawn by the artist MMXXVI.
The timelapse shows the whole drawing, from the first lines to the finished colours.
